Our Bespoke Design service means you can create your ring, your way – with a little help from our expert design team.
When we begin a new design, we always start by getting to know the wearer and hearing your ideas. We’ll talk you through metal and other options and create a design you love. When you’ve found the one, we’ll turn this into a CAD design for you to approve, before we begin the exciting task of creating your ring.

Here’s how it works
Our standard delivery time is 8-10 weeks after we receive your inclusion.
Once your jewellery piece has been completed and has passed our quality assurance stages, you will receive an email advising that it has been dispatched.
All of our jewellery pieces are sent via Royal Mail for free on a next working day tracked service.
All orders are sent in plain, Letter box friendly packaging.
OUR WARRANTY
At Blossom Keepsake, we pride ourselves in making quality Fine jewellery. We include a 12-month warranty on all orders and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Our warranty does not cover pieces that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by misuse or an accident, this includes accent stones lost due to misshapen rings. Our highly skilled repair specialist will evaluate your piece and stay in open communication with you about the work that’s needed and any associated costs outside of the warranty cover.
We are unable to process any items once they have been altered by a third-party jeweller.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
To make a warranty claim, contact us via Social Media Messenger or via hello@blossomkeepsake.co.uk.
Please include the following:
– Order number
– Date of purchase
– Description and picture of item defect
Return products in safe, secure packaging. Once we have received your message, please allow 48-72 hours for a personalised response and return instructions, as we will review each warranty on a case-by-case basis.
WEAR & TEAR
All precious metals are susceptible to natural wear and silver can tarnish over time. However it will happen much faster with excessive contact with perfume, hair spray, skin creams, salt, chlorine, sulphur, etc. The nature of how a piece is worn and cared for varies significantly from each customer, therefore our warranty would not cover tarnishing, discolouration or oxidisation.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please read care instructions carefully and retain the care cards that come with each purchase. Clean your Blossom Keepsake pieces monthly using our ‘Clean and Care kit’ and store separately in the bags and the pouches we’ve provided.
