Due to our bespoke designs, we are not able to offer refunds, however, we do offer repairs for the reasons listed below:
Providing your jewellery has not been mistreated, if your stone or setting comes loose and/or falls out of place within the first 3 months of purchasing your keepsake jewellery, we will repair the item free of charge.
Item Has Broken:
If your keepsake item breaks within 6 months e.g. the metal snaps, we will replace it free of charge.
This excludes any damage caused by carelessness or miss-use of the item.
Any yellowing within 6 months will be repaired free of charge. After this time frame, yellowing items would incur a charge.
To return an item for repair please email us at email@example.com to organise a collection date to suit your needs.
We advise returning all items via signed for delivery to ensure all goods make it back to us for repair without any issues. Postage should be paid for by the individual and Blossom Keepsake accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post.
