When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us before placing an order, either by emailing Hayley@blossomkeepsake.co.uk or messaging us via the website.
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch should we encounter any problems with your order.
If you opt to checkout via Paypal, we will receive the details that are on your Paypal account. It is imperative all details on Paypal are correct and up to date prior to any order. Blossom Keepsake will dispatch your order to the address stated on Paypal and will take no responsibility for items dispatched to an incorrect address due to buyer error.
Please note, although unlikely, we may be unable to meet your order as a result of the following reasons:

- If customers do not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions
Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within ten working days of receiving the parcel.
Website Product Pricing & Descriptions:
Every product bought is sold subject to its product description along with any further specific conditions that relate to that product, including but not limited to, approximate delivery dates/times, warranties, after-sales support and guarantees.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed.
Please note, due to the number or variations and the made to order nature of our items, we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.
Please also note that as the monitors/screens of electronic devices vary in nature and resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s representation of any colour will be completely accurate.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of you receiving the item.
This does not include the results of normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Should we judge that any repair required is due to mistreatment, the buyer will be liable for the repair costs.
Rings that have become misshapen and have lost stones as a result are deemed accidental damage and are liable for a repair fee.
Contract Cancellation or amendment:
You are only able to cancel the order up until the point your inclusions have arrived back to us. This in owed to the made-to-order nature of our items and is in line with Distance Selling Regulations. All items are non-refundable.
If you wish to amend your order you must inform us as soon as possible, we may be able to incorporate your changes but this is entirely dependant upon the stage of production that your item is at when the instruction is received.
We reserve the right to refuse amendments and the decision made by Blossom Keepsake in respect of this is final.
In order to avoid any issues, please check your order before submitting to ensure that the information and requests are accurate.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us on Hayley@blossomkeepsake.co.uk or via the website so we discuss this with you.
